Solar Secure® REVIEWS

I decided to install 6.6 kw system and have sent a quote request to the top 10 companies from a product review. Solar Secure wasn't the cheapest as I've asked for a quality product, but yet very competitive on price and timing and very flexible with a selection of products. In fact, they were the only company that guaranteed installation before Christmas. Everyone else said they are flat out and can't guarantee anything. They said they will do the installation in 2 weeks time but actually, it happened in 10 days. They have great care for the customer. Peter was calling a few times during the installation to make sure the job done well and I'm happy with the installation. Few questions I've had along the way were tackled fast and easy. I'm another happy customer of Solar Secure, saving on my energy bills with solar. Thank you Peter, and Merry Christmas!

Brett was very helpful and prompt replying to emails. The quote was very competitive and the installation was carried out on schedule. Mavuto and his crew did a good job on the installation and the CoC was supplied quickly after the completion of the works. The only issue that has arisen is a minor wifi connectivity problem but Jason at Solar Secure has been very helpful and referred the issue on to the manufacturer who is sending out a warranty replacement part. Overall very happy with the service and the product from Solar Secure.
