I dealt with Steve, and I found him very helpful. I placed a $100 deposit on a 13.3KwH solar battery around September 24, he allowed me to wait until the government solar battery rebate kicked in around mid-November, and as good as his word he stuck to the original quoted price, and I also got around $1600 off from the rebate. You can ask him for credentials in ABN's ect and he will send them to you so you know solar secure is authentic. The installers were also down to earth Aussie guys from Brisbane.
