I did some background work and contacted 6 different suppliers in Sydney to check out reliability, cost, and get educated! My decision for the 6.6Kw system was based on my choice of panels and inverter. I was impressed by Brett my main contact at Solar Secure. Yes, he was passionate and on the ball when responding to my probing questions and gave me access to the Tech guy Peter who was reassuring. The job was completed as promised and I am now up and running. My experience was very good. Happy to recommend to others looking for reliability and workmanship at a good price when comparing apples with apples.

Paperwork was sent and completed straight away, followed by phone calls to make sure we were happy with our service. Electrical company men were amazing, fast and efficient. Very happy to have called Peter to start the process of our solar panel install. Thankyou so much and merry christmas

Solar Secure offered me a very competitive price and, to their word, equalled the best quote I managed to achieve after I researched many competitors prices. After a small glitch about the installation time, Peter took charge and his customer service was second to none. If he said he would call with updates, he did exactly that. His reliability was very reassuring. He went as far as sourcing tradesmen from nearly 100 kilometers away to have my installation completed before Xmas. The usual tradesman had a family illness but Peter solved my concerns about delays. He has already called again today to check on my satisfaction of the completed job. The replacement installation tradies were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, especially in regards to the solar panel placement on my roof and gave me advice to maximise the panel’s solar productivity. Finally, I’d like to thank Kate for doing so much for me in getting the excellent price she negotiated.
