Solar Secure® REVIEWS

I reivewed multiple solar companies (10+) including 3 that were referrals from friends. Solar Secure used repuatable panels (13.3kw) and inverters (2 x 5kw) and offered a range of options that addressed my needs. There was no 'mucking around' with respect to the whole process. In the end, it was not only the cheapest option, but also seemed to be most efficient. The installers (Angelo and Team) were very professional, punctual and kept me in the loop with the process. The installation manager (Peter) was prompt to respond to any enquires and addressed any concerns I had. Overall, a very good experience, for a very affordable price. Recommended.

Excellent service. Complete job on time. Communication was good. Good price with discount service. Big difference with other solar prices. The installers were very polite.

At once don’t agree with the price and brands check the price with other sellers in the market .you can find the big price difference but don’t worry solar secure will beat any price .Adam has been done great job he is very familiar with the customer

The overall process was good. The installers were very polite and explain the entire installation process as they had to slightly shift the plans due to spacing. Jordan the sales rep was tentative and attended to our queries.

It is easy to get overwhelmed by all the information out there about solar but BOB at Solar Secure was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I spent a bit of time going backwards and forwards with him and he was always very patient and accommodating. Once we decided on exactly what we wanted, the process from quotation to installation and commissioning was straightforward and timely. I would have to say Bob in particular didn't miss a beat and was always straight onto our requests.
