First time buying solar pannels went smooth as silk just waiting for inspection to get full benefit of my purchase no problems with solar secure very professional.

Well after checking around for the best price with good reviews I went with solar secure. Leo (sales guy) matched the best price I received and the entire process went without a hitch, installed on time and installer did a great job, neat and cleaned up any mess while doing no damage to the property. After sales support has been good also especially setting up the Wi-Fi monitoring side. Its now a year later and got a call from Jordan asking if all was going well and if there was anything more they could assist with which was nice, we discussed a few things and he was more than willing to give his advise and offered if I require any more help to contact him and he can help. great after sales service. I highly recommend solar secure and there helpfully team.

Kate organised the solar construction, and was very easy to get on with, and knew her job very well. The guys that put the panels on were also exceptional. Energex held us up a bit, which is why I held off on the review, BUT the good news is we haven't received an electricity bill since the instalment, and we had one small technical hitch that Solar Secure fixed immediately over the phone.
