I found the sales support very helpful, I had just arrived in my new house in QLD after being in disastrous conditions in the Northern Rivers Floods. I had to commence a rather large renovation with heaps to manage and with supply and demands on trades very difficult. The solar team did everything possible to get the solar installed and I am very happy with the product. The system is now producing a higher output than my sons solar who installed his with origin.
