Ryan provided great customer service and kept me informed the whole way with the products I requested plus an upgrade. The installation was done within a few days with the installer getting in touch to confirm location of everything was to my liking and sending pics after work was done. Will refer to family and friends.

Adam at Solar Secure provided exceptional service. He was easy to deal with, helpful and patient (I’m a difficult customer). He answered my many questions and was great with follow-up. Mark in the installation team was also helpful. The installation team were efficient and friendly. All in all a great experience. I can’t rate the actual solar system yet as it’s not live yet but I’m confident it will perform well.
