Eric from Solar Secure guided us through the process of applying for the rebate and gave us a very good deal for the Tesla battery. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Mark was on time and installed the battery and did a neat and tidy job. He also guided us on the use of the app.

From the beginning we were given honesty. Elina was who we dealt with and she was upfront with us from the first price. She then helped in so many ways, from my picky questions to comparing quotes to organising installations to best suit my time frames. Then there was the installation. Being in the construction industry myself i was very picky with how i wanted the unit installed. Pritan’s team had no objectives with my requests, no request was too hard or of a concern. and if there was something I didn’t agree with they weren’t fussed in fixing or repairing. definitely use Elina from Solar Secure and Pritan’s team for installation.
