Right from the first conversation, Eric was extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process from quotation to installation in a professional manner. He was always available to take my call and worked through any concerns along the way. The installation team headed by Meth and Simon were very friendly and also took time to answer all my questions while on-site. Jason with post sales customer support provided all required updates and made sure we were doing ok. Great crew and it was an overall positive experience.

Contact, information and feedback from Leo at Solar Secure was and has been great. Quoted price was competitive and detailed. Installation was prompt ( considering Covid-19) and installers were on time. System has only been functional for a few days but currently performing as expected.

Adam was very professional in the way he dealt with us in regards to getting our home fitted with solar. He was very transparent with the upfront costs and the final pricing. When I had multiple questions he endeavoured to answer them promptly. Mark (installation head) also did a fantastic job in installing the product in a timely manner and the premises was left very clean and tidy. Mark was also very productive in the way he delegated the tasks to his colleagues.

I would like to thank Eric for his help, assistance, and professionalism. Ultimately I didn't end up purchasing a system from Solar Secure because my off-grid location wasn't compatible with their offering. Eric immediately refunded my deposit and even followed up to make sure I'd received it. If you're hesitant to trust a supplier then my experience with this company showed they were honest and reliable.
