Installed a 11.KWh solar system via Solar secure - coordinated by Bob from the sales team. All in all I am quite happy with how things progressed from start to finish. It was quite professional as the installers were all CEC approved and knew their stuff and needles to say the roof I had was quite steep but the guys managed to have it done without any shortcuts and by due procedure. There are a lot of bogus solar companies so don’t fall in their trap, I would highly recommend Solar Secure for their management of the install and even after sales support.

The service was excellent. Mike was very patient and professional. He thoroughly explained the process and arranged for a convenient installation. The system works great. Mike has excellent product knowledge and offers a great customer service.
