My 6.6 kW system was installed and commenced operating in January this year. Nearly 12 months down the track, I could not be happier. When I initially discussed my potential electrical savings with Kate, she gave me information that proved to be spot on and my energy bills have reduced by about )250 per quarter. Kate has made numerous back up calls regarding my understanding of the ShinePhone app that measures the daily power produced. Kate’s back up service is as good as the product itself….5 stars for both.

Definitely recommend Solar Secure for anyone who wants to save big on their electricity bill by using solar power panels as they are very professional, knowledgeable, have great customer service and are all round very pleasant to deal with, especially the representative we dealt with Alex. We are so happy that we chose the best company, Solar Secure, to look after our solar needs & now look forward to saving so much money on our energy usage.

Bob was extremely helpful from the first phone call to after installation, his knowledge of the product he is providing was exceptional! The guys who installed the solar were experienced and quick!! Highly recommend!!
