From the first call, to numerous call backs and up until I told him that I was going with them, he has provided me with great advice and was very patient with me while I go through a lot of other competitor’s quotes. The solar panel installers they contracted were also great and were very engaging in providing me updates with the schedule as we were delayed by a day not because of them but because of recent weather conditions. When they came in as per what was discussed, they completed the job of high standards and were also great in cleaning up the areas where they worked in. I am now waiting for my energy provider to switch over my old meters to smart meters so that I can start using our solar system. It really was a lot to go through but I was very happy that I went with Solar Secure.
