Excellent communications, finance options and price. I did lots of research with many companies and then went by referral and recommendation. They welcomed questions and addressed any out of pocket expenses - eg removal of old unit / 2 story house charge. There were no hidden surprises Unfortunately a part was not working, but they replaced by warranty within an acceptable time with great communication. App is great to monitor what is going to the grid and what is getting used throughout the day. Very happy, would recommend, cheaper than who I was going with and they excelled with install and communication pre and post instal.
