The sales person I spoke with (Eric) was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. he was able to talk me through all my queries with sound, logical justifications and even talked me out of getting a bigger system because, as I now realise, it would not have benefitted me given the extra cost. The system was installed soon after the sale was completed and Eric called several times over the intervening period to keep me posted on progress and after the installation to make sure everything had gone according to plan.
