John and Chris from Solar Secure we're fantastic in handling my concerns. I was having a problem with my solar panel inverter and John not only walked me through how to troubleshoot it but both him and Chris went the extra mile to ensure my wifi datalogger was working too (not my original concern). They followed up and called back when they said they would to ensure everything was working as it should. Even though I did not buy from Solar Secure, their sales person Zara was patient, persuasive, polite, humble and willing to listen to the customer requirements.
